{Fashion Week SS'11 Favorites: DSQUARED2}

Hellooo theree! First of all, IM SOOOO SORRY :'( I wasn't able to post yesterday because I came home sooo late and was so tired :( to make up for it, umm well, I'm still gonna make 7 posts soo yeah. Hahaha -_-


Ayt thenn, today's favorite is DSQUARED2 (Women's collection of course ;P). This season, DSQUARED2 went geek! DSQUARED2 duo Dean and Dan Caten always have a surprise up their sleeve and for their sping/summer 2011 collection, that came by the way of geek chic, but in a way that only they can do - which meant sequins, eveningwear and preppy tomboyish looks all rolled into one.I really loved the collection! Oh and another thing I loved about the show was Sasha Pivovarova being the FIRST FACE!! WOOHOOO!

{Fashion Week SS'11 Favorites: Marc by Marc Jacobs}

Okay, my second post this week! Aandd as the title states, I'm loving Marc by Marc Jacobs Spring Summer 2011 Collection! Primary Colors and grey rule this season with simple ensembles, long dresses, and jumpsuits. How could you NOT love that?! I've read reports on the show itself and some say that the bold stripes and jumpsuits are just like any other fashion show. Well, I think bold stripes can never go out of style. They're a classic!! Especially how Marc Jacobs put it in his designs. Simply marvelous! I sound a bit british there. Maybe I've been watching too much skins :p

{Fashion Week SS'11 Favorites: Betsey Johnson}

Helloooo there! Since fashion week's been goin on for quite some time, imma post some of my favorite fashion shows each day for the rest of the week which is kinda unlikely since there are SO much to choose from so maybe 7 days wouldnt be enough ;P My first post will, of course be, from my favorite designer, BETSEY JOHNSON♥ I always loove her fashion shows! Her runway shows are anything but boring. I don't quite fancy fashion shows where models don't smile at all and just look straight to the audience.

Model mum, Pia Miller looked soo stunning in this editorial shoot! The gorgeous wife of Demon Brad Miller posed in her final photo shoot in an exclusive shoot in Bora Bora in French Polynesia, titled Tahitian Dreaming. I just love her!! The wedding dresses in this shoot are also simply beautiful! I'd love to be in one ;) It's too bad she won't be modelling anymore... I just love her sultry yet natural look in this shoot! Words just can't describe it. Seriously. This is like pure beauty. 'nuff said :D more pictures under the cut (WARNING: Image Heavy)

{Model Love: Bruna Tenório♥}

Bruna is a Brazilian model of Chinese, Japanese, and Brazilian ancestry. Her career started in 2006 when she walked  for designers such as Chanel, Christian Dior, and Dolce & Gabbana in Paris and Milan. Soon after, she was featured as a rising star by Style.com.

I love her look! She's so pretty and natural. She's not one of those models who only look pretty with make-up on. She's one of those rare natural beauties. Her facial structure and eyes are what I love the most♥ What do you guys think of her?

{Picture Perfect}

Hi there!
Okay so I just went to Briana's aunt's photo shoot the other day. I witnessed my first real photo shoot!! No, I wasn't the model, sadly, but seeing a professional model actually strutting her stuff in front of the camera is just surreal! The clothes, the shoes, the make-up, EVERYTHING! They're just awesome. I wish I was a model... Hmm... Doing photo shoots would be good, yeah?


So the theme was sort of Alien-ish. I think the people said that the model was supposed to be like a hybrid of plants and animals, and that the clothes used neuron patterns and are supposed to be part of the human cells (?) I don't know. Haha. My memory is all blurry. But well, you get a picture of how it's supposed to be right.

I apologize for the crappy image quality. I didn't bring a camera so I had to take pictures using my Blackberry. :( Oh, I also forgot the Model's name -___- I think her name was Carina L something but I'm not sure. Hahaha


I had fun that day and I hope to do that again some day. Maybe with me being the model :p Ciao laydeeyss
